The Reserve Lounge is open until 11:00 PM Monday through Thursday, 12:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday, and 11:00 PM on Sunday.

Yes, we offer a limited room service menu.

Does the hotel have a pool?
Yes, we have a heated indoor pool and jacuzzi. The pool is open daily from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM.

Do you accept packages on behalf of guests? If so, is there a cost?
Yes, you can have a package shipped to the hotel prior to your arrival. There is no cost for this service, but we do ask that you call the hotel and let them know your full name and that you are expecting a delivery.

Absolutely! You can leave your luggage with the front desk and we will hold it for the day.

The hotel is located approximately 20 miles, or 23 minutes, from Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport.

Yes, all of our guestrooms have a refrigerator.

None of our guestrooms have microwaves. We do, however, have a community break room that has a microwave which guests are free to use at any time.

Are cribs available?
Most definitely, we can get your little one squared away with a comfortable place to sleep. We offer pack and play portable cribs for free.

Do you have accessible guestrooms?
Yes, we offer accessible guestrooms.

Can I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel your reservations up to 48 hours prior to your arrival, unless you purchased a pre-paid rate.

Is there an ATM at the hotel?
Yes, you will find an ATM in the hotel lobby. Just ask the front desk for directions.

Are connecting rooms available?
We do have connecting rooms, however their availability is not guaranteed. The hotel will try its best to provide you with a connecting room; if this is not possible, we will try to get you as close as possible.

Are there washing machines at the hotel?
No, we do not have any washing machines for guests to use. However, you may feel free to ask our front desk about the dry cleaning service that picks up at our hotel.
